Absolutely! Group bookings are available – perfect for hen parties, birthdays, or friends' outings. For larger groups, we recommend calling or emailing us in advance so we can allocate the right amount of time.

It depends on foot traffic. Weekdays tend to be quieter. On weekends, expect up to 30–60 minutes. Booking online eliminates the wait entirely.

Online booking is currently deposit-free. The full amount is paid on-site, by cash or card.

Our chains are made from 925 sterling silver or gold-filled (14k yellow gold, white gold, or rose gold). Premium collection chains in solid gold are also available.

Yes! Forever bracelets are waterproof – you can shower, swim, and even go in the sea. Heavily chlorinated pool water may slightly fade the gold plating over a long time, but it's not an issue with normal use.

Our chains are nickel-free and hypoallergenic, so they won't cause skin irritation even for sensitive skin. Tarnishing doesn't occur under normal conditions – sterling silver may darken slightly over time, but a jewelry polishing cloth restores the shine easily.

We offer 30+ chain designs in various thicknesses and styles (braided, flat, cable) and metal colors (silver, gold, rose gold). There are also many charm shapes available to wear on or alongside the chain.

Yes. We cut it at the weld point with strong scissors – painless and takes seconds. Bring it back afterwards and we'll re-weld it for 2,000 HUF – either the same chain or a new one.

If the bracelet ever breaks, bring it to either location and we'll re-weld it for 2,000 HUF. This re-weld fee applies to all our services.

We guarantee the quality of the material. If the chain breaks due to a manufacturing defect soon after purchase, we repair it free of charge. For regular breakage (e.g. caught on something), the re-weld fee is 2,000 HUF.

The chain is so delicate and lightweight that it typically does not activate metal detectors or security gates at airports. That said, it's always worth mentioning it to security staff.

This is a medical question – always consult your doctor before an MRI. In some cases removal may be advised, but the chain's metal content is generally minimal. Re-welding after removal costs 2,000 HUF.

There is no age limit – it's a parental decision. For younger children, keep in mind that the bracelet stays on the wrist and cannot be easily removed. A parent or guardian must be present.

Not at all. The welding is completely painless. The tool is very fine and precise – it focuses energy only on the chain ends, never touching the skin.
